About the Role:

As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Nursery Manager to help lead the team, ensure high standards of care and learning, and maintain the smooth day-to-day running of the setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily operations Lead and mentor a team of early years practitioners Ensure full compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements Promote a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider team Contribute to staff development and training

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 preferred or in progress) Minimum 2 years' experience in a childcare setting, with leadership duties Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery regulations Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills A genuine passion for early childhood education
