Summary

We are seeking a passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join our management team at the nursery. In this role, you will assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education while creating a supportive atmosphere for both children and staff.

Responsibilities

Assist with management of the daily operations within the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and EYFS. Lead and support staff in delivering high-quality early childhood education. Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's development. Foster strong relationships with parents and the local community. Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children. Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records of their development. Conduct meetings and model good practice to staff Act up in the absence of the Manager

Requirements

Qualified in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in nursery management or childcare settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with parents and staff. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
