Job Title: Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained.

- Support the management of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

- Oversee the implementation of the EYFS framework, ensuring it meets regulatory requirements.

- Promote a safe and inclusive atmosphere for children, parents, and staff.

- Assist in the development of innovative curriculum plans and activities that enhance children's development.

- Handle administrative duties, including record-keeping, health and safety compliance, and budgets.

- Foster positive relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and providing support.

Qualifications:

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare or higher.

- At least 2 years of experience in a senior childcare role.

- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding policies.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
