29,000-34,000 FTE (dependent on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do:
Assist the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursery.
Support and inspire the nursery team to deliver high-quality childcare and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Be a hands-on leader, stepping in to guide and mentor staff and supporting in the rooms when needed.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Monitor and maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and safeguarding.
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to staff development, recruitment, and performance management.
What You Bring to the Team:
A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above, ideally Level 5 or higher).
Previous experience in a leadership role within an early years or nursery setting.
A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and a proven ability to implement it effectively.
Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A passion for inspiring and developing both children and your team.
Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the nursery and its team.
