Deputy Manager - Childcare Setting
We're looking for a driven and passionate
Deputy Manager
to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone currently in a deputy role looking to grow, or someone ready for a new challenge in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
Support the Setting Manager in daily operations and team leadership Ensure high-quality childcare through strong partnerships with children, families, and staff Drive occupancy and meet financial targets Uphold policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Help set and achieve nursery goals
What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in a similar childcare management role A proactive, hands-on approach
Please note: This role may evolve with future needs. All staff are expected to follow company policies and health & safety regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
