We are looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to help lead our exceptional Nursery team. Could that be you?

As our

Deputy Nursery Manager

, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Nursery. You will help create a

safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment

where children can learn, play, and grow. Working with children aged

6 months - 4 years

, you will foster their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities, interactive play, and thoughtful guidance.

Your main responsibilities will include:



Supporting the Nursery Manager with the daily running of the Nursery Promoting and maintaining a

safe, caring, and stimulating educational environment

Supervising and developing Nursery staff Assisting with staff training, appraisals, and mentoring

What you will need:



Minimum

Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification

Strong knowledge of the

EYFS framework and regulations

Confidence in

leading, supporting, and inspiring a team

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
