What You'll Be Doing
As Deputy Manager, you'll help ensure the smooth and effective running of the nursery, providing leadership and inspiration to the team while maintaining the highest standards of care and education.
Your day-to-day will include:
Delivering the Early Years curriculum and supporting high-quality learning
Assisting with operational duties, including finance, recruitment, and staff training
Working alongside the Nursery Manager to support development and compliance
Building strong relationships with staff, parents, and children
Promoting and modelling the nursery's values across all rooms
You'll Need:
A full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification (essential)
Strong understanding of the EYFS and Safeguarding & Child Protection protocols
Previous experience as a Senior Practitioner or Deputy Manager (preferred)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
A warm, positive attitude and a passion for early years education
