About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing the claims and billing processes for externally funded research, ensuring compliance with sponsor requirements and University financial policies.
You will oversee the accurate setup and maintenance of research awards in Oracle Financials, manage a personal portfolio of departments, and act as a key point of support for academic and administrative staff. Your work will help ensure the University maximises income, maintains strong sponsor relationships, and meets audit requirements.
About You
A formal accounting qualification and degree-level education
Significant experience in a finance role within a complex organisation
Strong analytical and communication skills
Advanced spreadsheet skills and ideally Oracle experience
Experience in research award management (desirable)
