This role is ideal for someone
ready to step into leadership
and looking to
grow into a Registered Manager role
. You'll be joining at a pivotal stage and will be instrumental in helping shape the home's culture, systems, and child-centred practice from the very beginning.
About the Role:
As Deputy or Trainee Manager, you'll support the Registered Manager in the daily running of the home and contribute to building a safe, structured, and caring environment. You'll work closely with a
full-time Responsible Individual (RI)
and be supported through a structured
in-house training programme over 6-12 months
that prepares you for home leadership.
This is a genuine opportunity to step into a
Registered Manager position
over time, with the full backing of a supportive and experienced senior team.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare) if not already obtained

What We're Looking For:
Experience in children's residential care (Senior RCW/Team Leader, or Deputy level)
Child-focused, therapeutic mindset with strong safeguarding knowledge
Either holds or is willing to work towards
Level 5 Diploma (must already have Level 3 Diploma).
Strong values, emotional resilience, and a desire to grow
Confidence and initiative to contribute to a
new, modern home
