An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design Manager in the construction industry to work for a well-respected and specialist facades and cladding contractor in Bromley, Kent.
This will suit a motivated and forward-thinking individual who will work within within the Design department at their head office. With growth and recruitment plans in place, the company are looking to go from strength to strength.
Role
To control and co-ordinate of all technical information between external consultants and internal departments and ensure its timely distribution to commercial and construction to meet the programmes
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Will have experience of working within construction, ideally having knowledge of facades and cladding projects.
- A good overall technical knowledge.
- Have a proven track record of delivery and displaying commercial awareness.
- Be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, as well as effective communication skills when dealing with internal and external resources.
- Have a good knowledge and awareness of Health and Safety and CDM.
