We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team as additional staff due to continued growth. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. Duties
Manage daily office operations, ensuring an efficient workflow.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Organise and file documents systematically for easy retrieval.
Provide clerical support, including drafting correspondence and managing schedules.
Assist in maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders as necessary.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Support team members with administrative tasks as required.
Skills
Proficient in office administration with experience in clerical duties.
Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with Sage is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Competent in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the administrative field.
