You will receive full training in customer service, dessert preparation, and hygiene standards, but we expect you to be proactive, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellence.
Because this role involves occasional off-site tasks (such as stock collection ), you must
hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
Prepare and present desserts and shakes to a high standard
Assist with store opening and closing procedures
Prepare orders for takeaway and delivery platforms
Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness in line with food safety guidelines
Support stock checks, rotation, and replenishment
Work effectively as part of a small, fast-paced team
Provide informal leadership support when required, helping guide junior staff
Requirements
Previous hospitality or F&B experience is essential
Ability to supervise or support team members confidently
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Minimum GCSE grade C/4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Strong attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
