They will provide analysis and insights to guide continuous improvement, and work in close collaboration with the Campaign & Brand Manager to deliver integrated and effective digital campaigns. The role includes formal line management responsibility for the Digital Officer / Digital Content Producer, providing guidance, support, and performance management. The post holder also holds functional oversight of digital platforms and analytics, ensuring campaigns are effectively delivered online and aligned with organisational objectives.
