An exciting temporary opportunity to oversee implementation and embedding of Traceability and Digital Product Passport (DPP) systems within the business.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicant would be expected to gain a full understanding of relevant DPP legislation, when it is fully defined later in 2025
Liaise with external service providers to select a suitable DPP partner to support business compliance
Create and implement a delivery plan for DPP implementation to align with legislation deadlines
Ensure that the consumer experience of DPP is at an appropriate level for a luxury brand
Lead an internal cross functional group to deliver key digital compliance projects required over next 2 years
Gain an understanding of the needs of our business and collaborate with key stakeholders to problem solve and implement new systems
Liaise with both external providers and key customers to implement traceability frameworks which support our sustainable fibre claims
Work collaboratively with peers and colleagues to implement necessary change including delivering any associated training required to embed new ways of working in business processes
Provide regular updates on progress to relevant stakeholders
This is a full time, fixed-term position for two years working 38 hours per week from our Elgin site with the possibility of hybrid working. Salary is starting from 27,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

A logical thinker capable of working with complex data
Can demonstrate an understanding of supply chains
Has project management skills and can manage a critical path
A credible representative to engage with customers on these topics
An understanding of manufacturing and ERP systems would be advantageous
A desire to understand relevant legislation
A strong influencer and communicator with the ability to build relationships with people in all levels of the business
