This role will be predominantly focused on Reporting & Data Analysis. You will also be expected to manage the development and delivery of change projects to agreed scope, time, cost and quality requirements, working with Function Directors, Executive Sponsors and their representatives.Please note: this is a 12 month secondment / fixed term contract opportunityAbout the role (External)Key Accountabilitiesxc2xb7 Agree remit and success criteria of change projects with the relevant Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors.xc2xb7 Manage the development and delivery of change projects in compliance with company processes and procedures.xc2xb7 Manage the production of project management plans for change projects.xc2xb7 Establish and manage collaborative cross-functional virtual teams to deliver change projects, where appropriate.xc2xb7 Deliver regular progress reports on change projects, including relevant risks and issues, to Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors.xc2xb7 Manage project budgets within agreed targets.xc2xb7 Promote and monitor the use of efficiency improvement methods.xc2xb7 Disseminate lessons learnt.Job Skills, Experience and QualificationsEssentialxc2xb7 Experience of working in change projectsxc2xb7 Understanding of applying project methodologiesxc2xb7 Experience of extracting information and reporting from multiple sources (e.g. SharePoint, Power-BI)xc2xb7 Experience of analysing management data to provide information to team managers to enable informed decision making.xc2xb7 Excellent communication and analytical skills, with proven ability to present information effectively and appropriatelyxc2xb7 Knowledge of Engineering Access Planning systems and processesDesirablexc2xb7 Educated to degree levelxc2xb7 Member of project associationxc2xb7 Commercial and financial awareness.How to apply (External)Salary and benefits:
