About the Role



We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile

Digital Content Assistant

with a strong blend of

technical know-how

and

creative flair

. This role will support our Research & Development, Marketing and Sales teams in producing, optimizing, and managing engaging online content that strengthens our brand presence and drives audience engagement.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable working with

content management systems (CMS), analytics, SEO, and digital tools

as they are with

creative content development, storytelling, and design

.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in creating, editing, and publishing digital content across websites, blogs, email, and social media platforms. Producing manuals and spec sheets Manage and update content in CMS platforms Support multimedia content production (graphics, videos, animations, infographics) in collaboration with design and marketing teams. Optimize content for SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. Track, analyze, and report on digital performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, social media insights). Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and developers to ensure brand consistency and engaging user experiences. Assist in email marketing campaigns (design, scheduling, testing, reporting). Stay updated on digital content trends, emerging platforms, and best practices. Provide technical support for content publishing, troubleshooting, and system integrations when needed.

Skills & Qualifications



Technical Skills:



Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or similar). Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles. Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital analytics tools. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools. Knowledge of video and image editing software is a plus.

Creative Skills:



Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with an eye for detail. Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms. Visual storytelling and basic graphic design skills. Innovative mindset with a passion for content trends and audience engagement.

Other Requirements:



Degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once. Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. Proactive problem-solver with both technical and creative confidence.
