We are recruiting on behalf of a Christian organisation dedicated to equipping and empowering the next generation of believers to live out their faith in their careers. The organisation connects purpose-driven individuals with employers who share Christian values and a heart for transformation in the workplace.
This role is subject to an occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 to be a practising Christian who shares the organisation's values and can actively contribute to its mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the creation and scheduling of faith-aligned social media content
Helping to manage the online community and respond to user enquiries
Assisting with user profiles and content uploads
Coordinating with Christian employers and ministries using the platform
Contributing to prayer content, devotionals, or Christian career reflections
Requirements:
A practising Christian with a strong alignment to the organisation's mission
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media, online communities or digital platforms
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using content management systems and digital tools
Qualifications
Experience working with a Christian organisation or ministry
Familiarity with the Christian employment or ministry landscape in the UK
Basic design or video-editing skills (e.g. Canva, CapCut)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential.
