Job Description

McGrady Clarke are a management consultancy providing sustainability and energy solutions to our global client base. We operate across multiple sectors and work with our clients to develop bespoke sustainability strategies.

We are currently searching for a Digital Content Manager to join our team, based in Ouseburn. The successful candidate will work to communicate the great work we are doing to help companies reach Net Zero.

The successful applicant will be results orientated, have a passion for marketing and a desire to drive business growth.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Content creation - Produce high-quality, B2B-focused content, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, brochures and website copy.

Graphic Design

Create visually appealing graphics for social media, presentations, marketing materials, and our website using professional design software.

Work with our external marketing agency to deliver on projects.

Create, publish organic and advertising content and manage campaigns.

Work with colleagues and clients to develop and publish case-studies.

Attend events and trade shows.

This position offers the successful candidate with an opportunity to help develop our in-house marketing capabilities. The candidate will also work alongside the Directors in developing a strategy to boost sales and grow brand awareness, which you will then be responsible for delivering. Therefore, prior experience of at least 2 years in Digital Marketing, either 'in-house' or at an agency, is essential.

You should have a good understanding of all the areas outlined above. You should have excellent IT, writing and design skills, preferably with experience using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro), canva and WordPress.
