The Role

We\'re looking for a talented and inspiring Digital Creative Specialist to lead performance creative at Impression, from research and ideation through to pitching, creation and testing.

You will be responsible for the hands-on production of innovative, digital-first creative for Impression\'s dynamic portfolio of clients, catapulting performance to new heights.

Whether you\'re currently working as part of a hands-on creative team, or in a more strategic position, this role will give you a high degree of autonomy to bring your creative vision to life.

As a growing service at Impression, there is a huge scope to support the agency with the development and growth of our creative offering, partnering seamlessly with our delivery teams to deliver boundary-breaking campaigns.

It\'s an exciting time to be producing creative for digital campaigns, and you will ensure Impression\'s clients are at the forefront of cultural trends and technological advances.

Salary: \xc2\xa331,000-\xc2\xa351,000 DOE

As Impression\'s Digital Creative Specialist, you will be:

Serving as a trusted creative advisor to clients, actively ideating, pitching concepts, incorporating feedback, and delivering exceptional creative that gets results across digital channels.

Taking a hands-on, agile approach to designing and crafting creative ads for digital campaigns, typically bringing together existing video, imagery and brand assets in new and exciting ways.

Designing, executing and analysing creative tests in order to consistently iterate and improve digital performance over time.

Utilising data-led insight, audience research and your own creative expertise to develop innovative and compelling content and campaigns that align with brand guidelines.

Collaborating closely with our strategy, programmatic, paid social, PR, and content marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies & seamless integration of creative assets.

Scoping and pricing creative projects, determining resources required in order to deliver high-performing creative within budget.

Inspiring clients and delivery teams to invest in high-quality creative, acting as an evangelist for Creative at Impression.

Embracing technology to explore novel creative approaches, including software and AI in order to push the boundaries of creative innovation.

Working with external content creators to brief high-performing video content, working within budget and brand guidelines.

Briefing visual concepts to external designers and external production teams to a high standard.

Keeping up to date with the latest trends across digital and social media, enabling your clients to tap into new audiences in native ways.

Is this role for you?

To be considered a candidate for the Digital Creative Specialist role at Impression, you must meet the following criteria:

Demonstrated success in a similar role(s), either within an agency or dynamic brand environment, showcasing a track record of delivering impactful creative campaigns at speed.

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop (or equivalent).

A genuine passion and deep understanding of all things social and digital media - you understand what does and doesn\'t engage audiences on all digital platforms from TikTok and YouTube, to Instagram and X.

A strong and diverse portfolio that highlights your creative expertise and ability to craft compelling visual ad content that captivates audiences and achieves business objectives.

A good understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, enabling you to align your creative vision with clients\' business goals and deliver campaigns that resonate with target audiences across paid and organic digital channels.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex ideas and strategic concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and driving collaboration.

Also beneficial:

A proven track-record in the management of creative production, whether direct line-management or the project management of an external studio.

Experience engaging with and managing content creators for the use within branded video content.
