Online Fashion Sales Associate

to join our team.

As a part of Timeless Finds, you'll be more than just a salesperson - you'll be a digital stylist, brand ambassador, and trusted guide helping customers discover looks they love.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers through online chats, emails, and social media to assist with styling questions, product inquiries, and purchases. Maintain and update product listings on our e-commerce platforms (descriptions, photos, inventory checks). Process online orders, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and care. Curate outfit recommendations and style boards to inspire shoppers. Collaborate with our marketing team to highlight new arrivals and promotions. brand. Requirements Passion for fashion and helping people look & feel their best. Excellent written communication skills (friendly, clear, and professional). Comfortable using e-commerce platforms and social media. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in retail, fashion, or online customer service is a plus.
