Digital Marketing Administrator

Mentor Link is a leading children's charity based in Stourport on Severn, providing one to one mentoring support to vulnerable children. We are looking to recruit someone with a background and experience of Digital Marketing with a passion for helping children facing difficulties in school. This role is to support our staff team with volunteer recruitment campaigns and awareness raising to schools, parents and professionals. The successful candidate will have a track record of social media and digital campaigns that will build our profile, and strengthen our team as a leading children's service. 3 days per week term time only 15.50 per hour

9 till 3pm

Based in Stourport on Severn

Role description

Content Planning, creation, scheduling and posting across all social media platforms

Assisting our team of staff to raise awareness to schools/parents/professionals and volunteer recruitment campaigns across all counties in the West Midlands

Creating and maintain a database of school contacts across the West Midlands

Working with our team to develop our website and SEO

Creating termly newsletter for our mentors/staff and supporters

Occasional attendance at Awareness raising events

Skills & strengths

Successful applicant should have 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Understanding of SEO principles and social media analytical tools

Strong organisation skills Excellent verbal & written communication skills Meticulous attention to detail Positive energy & creative flair Agile, 'can-do' attitude able to adapt from administrative to creative tasks Collaborative and supportive nature 3 year's social media experience + (primarily Instagram Facebook & LinkedIn) Technical: Experience and the ability to use the Microsoft suite with the aptitude to learn further internal systems Knowledge: Retail brand or marketing agency experience would be advantageous
