Oswestry School is an independent, co-educational day & boarding school, with an 11-18 Senior School of c.400 pupils and a 4-11 Prep School of c.120 pupils. JOB ROLE



Oswestry School is delighted to welcome applications for the role of Digital Marketing and Content Creator to play a key role in enhancing the school's digital presence and brand visibility. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll work closely with the Director of Marketing & Admissions to produce high-quality, engaging content across a range of platforms. From creating eye-catching social media posts, short-form videos and digital newsletters, to updating the school website and designing marketing materials for both print and web, you'll bring the 'Oswestory' to life in fresh and exciting ways. We're looking for someone with a relevant marketing qualification and experience in digital content creation, particularly for social media, along with strong photography and video editing skills, excellent writing ability, and a good eye for detail, design and storytelling. Confidence with tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut or similar is important, as is a proactive, collaborative attitude and strong organisational skills. We anticipate the role as being on a full-time (37.5 hours per week, term time + 4 weeks) basis however, we are open to the role being part-time, full-year (52 weeks).
