Overall Objective: To lead and support social media content creation, channel management, and performance reporting across the Oceana Group, while contributing to wider digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

Drive the day-to-day management of Oceana's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Build and maintain a strong, engaging brand presence across all channels. Develop platform-specific content strategies to grow audience and engagement. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand tone. Plan and manage a content calendar for each property within the group. Schedule and publish posts using scheduling tools, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and visual identity.
2. Content Creation for Social Media

Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for use across organic and paid social campaigns. Design creative assets and artwork for posts, stories, reels, and paid ads. Collaborate with teams across the group to plan photoshoots and video shoots that showcase venues, events, and services. Stay on top of trends in social media content (e.g., trending audio, formats, challenges) to keep content fresh and relevant.
3. Analytics & Performance Reporting

Track and analyse key social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.). Generate regular performance reports and identify opportunities for optimisation. Benchmark performance against competitors and share insights with the team.
4. Collaboration & Support

Work closely with the wider digital marketing team to support broader campaigns across email, SEO, and paid media when required. Manage and maintain Oceana's digital asset library (images, videos, design files). Assist with updating website content via the CMS as needed.

Pay: 25,500.00-26,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
