We operate a group of dynamic and innovative businesses , consisting of 3 Urban Calm stores , Mini Madams and Girls with Dream Club .

Urban Calm is firmly established as one of Liverpools's go to beauty destinations . Our first location opened 20 years ago and we now have sites in; Aintree , Liverpool City Centre and the Baltic area . We are super friendly salon providing the best in customer service.

Mini Madams is a children's spa and party venue , we are more than just a spa we are a spa with a purpose - all our parties , day spas and workshops are underpinned with activities to promote positivity ,kindness and friendship. Thousand's of young people visit us every year and we are all about creating magical memories

Girls with Dreams Club is our latest purposeful business . It's a community for young girls to connect with others to develop their personal development and self awareness skill . We offer workshops , training and mentoring opportunities.

We are seeking a lively and passionate person to join our senior management team to support the marketing and business development across the group . The right person should have experience in a business development/ digital marketing role and be super creative .

Role and Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement. Create compelling and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience. Monitor social media trends, analyse performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimise reach and impact. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and cultivate a positive online community Supporting the management team in meeting business goals Managing all digital and offline communications across the business Participating in regular review meetings liaising with the store teams to discuss any issues and then ensuring all actions are completed in line with business Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our reach and market presence. Foster partnerships and collaborations with influencers, local businesses, and community organizations to drive mutual growth. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business development. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer across all businesses/
Skills and qualities we are looking for in this role ;

Proven experience in social media management and business development, preferably in a multi-business or similar environment. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for purpose-driven initiatives Manage competing workloads and priorities Demonstrate success in SEO and social media advertising campaigns Hardworking and reliable
