We are

ZNA Jewels

, a small but growing jewellery manufacturing business based in Sandiacre. Our main products are personalised pieces such as name necklaces, and we're expanding into

premium gift boxes, branded packaging for businesses, and new jewellery projects

.

We're a close-knit hands-on team (the two owners + one workshop assistant), and now we're looking for a

creative, motivated person

to join us and help take our marketing and sales to the next level.

This isn't a corporate office role -- you'll be based in our workshop with us, surrounded by jewellery, packaging projects, and lots of new ideas. If you're looking for a place to

What You'll Do

Shopify Website

- improve product pages, create promotions, keep the site fresh and attractive.

Digital Marketing

- run and manage ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, Pinterest.

Content Creation

- create simple photos/videos in our workshop for social media & ads.

Social Media

- manage posts, create schedules, engage with followers, grow our brand.

Amazon Listings

- support improvements to stand out from competitors.

Sales Support

- help drive more sales through our website.
What We're Looking For

Some experience with

digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media

(work, freelance, or university projects all count). Confidence using

Shopify, social media, and basic design tools

(e.g. Canva, Photoshop - bonus if you know video editing apps). A

creative eye

for visuals and engaging content. Someone who is

proactive, willing to learn, and ready to grow with us

. Bonus: knowledge of

Amazon listings

and/or running

ad campaigns

.
What We Offer

20 hours per week, flexible working pattern.

Opportunity for more hours in the future as we grow. Pay:

13-17/hr depending on experience.

12-month temporary contract

with a

6-month probation period

(short notice period during probation). The chance to become

permanent

if successful after 12 months. A friendly, informal workshop environment. The opportunity to
