We're looking to bring new skills into our team to stay connected with our valued existing customers and to connect with new customers.
The responsibilities attaching to this new role include:
Identifying opportunities to market our services to new and existing customers and preparing digital marketing content plans across our social channels and email;
Working with colleagues and an external agency to deliver marketing campaigns;
Supporting implementation of new customer booking system including digital/web aspects;
Assisting with front-of-house in reception, taking customer queries and bookings across all of our holiday types;
The preferred candidate will have experience in a B2C leisure/hospitality environment, be well-organised and tech-savvy, and have excellent attention to detail. The role is based at our main location in Hemsby and the hours are up to 30 per week which can be worked flexibly during hours we are open.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.50-14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
