Duties

Create engaging content for our website using WordPress, ensuring it is optimised for SEO and user experience. Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to create B2B marketing strategies that drive lead generation and conversion rates. Manage email marketing initiatives, including designing newsletters and promotional emails that resonate with our audience. Utilise copywriting skills to produce compelling content that communicates our brand message effectively. Organise and lead digital marketing projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Skills

Understanding of the NHS Proficiency in WordPress for website management and content creation. Strong copywriting abilities with a focus on persuasive communication. Experience in B2B marketing strategies and tactics. Ability to analyse data effectively to inform decision-making processes. Knowledge of IT concepts as they relate to digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams or projects within a digital marketing context.
