Now, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to help us scale smarter, connecting data, technology, and creativity to drive measurable growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on, full-stack digital marketing role where strategy meets execution and creativity. You'll shape Somo's digital presence across paid, organic, and automated channels, and work closely with Sales and Brand to turn marketing activity into commercial wins alongside a team that are passionate about developing a disruptive Brand and committed to doing brave, stand-out work.
You'll own and optimise the full funnel, from attracting attention to converting leads, and have the autonomy to test, build, and scale what works.
Roles & Responsibilities
SEO & PPC management (protecting/saving existing spend): Improve efficiency, reduce CPA, and reallocate budget towards ROI-positive channels.
Website updates: Own day-to-day site changes, CRO tests, landing pages, and hygiene (speed, accessibility, tracking).
Digital strategy - SEO + GEO/LLM optimisation: Build a search strategy that blends technical SEO, local/geotargeted visibility, and LLM-friendly content structure (schema, entities, FAQs).
AI agents to streamline work: Deploy and maintain AI/automation for briefs, QA, enrichment, routing, and campaign ops.
Content creation with the team: Collaborate on articles, guides, email sequences, and social content that earns attention.
Organic social media strategy: Plan the content, amplify proof points, and grow audience engagement.
Bring automated marketing together: Orchestrate CRM, lead scoring, nurturing journeys, and triggered comms across channels.
Analytics, tracking, and reporting
Live the brand: Make decisions that reflect a deep understanding of Somo's business model, tone of voice, and audience.
About You
You're equal parts strategic thinker and doer, someone who enjoys both creating ideas and bringing them to life. You thrive in fast-moving environments where you can see the direct impact of your work.
You'll bring:
3+ years' experience in digital marketing (ideally in finance, property, or B2B).
Proven results across SEO, PPC, and conversion optimisation.
Comfortable with CRM/marketing automation, lead scoring, and workflow design.
Working knowledge of AI/agents, prompt design, and practical automation.
Confident with GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Ads platforms.
Strong collaborator who partners closely with Sales and respects brand consistency.
Curious, commercially minded, and biased towards experimentation and outcomes.
