Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Role description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Reporting to and working with our Marketing Manager and the wider team in the development and implementation of all digital marketing.

• Project manage the delivery of digital campaigns
• Liaise with our partner on our SEO, PPC, Paid Display, and Paid Social strategy
• Plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
• Oversee all digital marketing channels
• Oversee and develop email marketing campaigns
• Oversee customer segmentation implementation
• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Support on optimisation of the websites for organic search engine positioning
• Oversee reporting of all digital marketing campaigns
• Measure and report on digital campaign performance ensuring we are delivering against objectives
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
• With the support of the wider marketing team, establish compelling creative and develop plans to scale performance (e.g. dynamic creative) in addition to supporting customer brand metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience in digital marketing
• Knowledge of email marketing and comms strategies
• Experience with digital campaign tracking and reporting
• Experience with paid search and social media campaigns
• Experience utilising a variety of digital channels to maximise customer acquisition
• Knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• Scientific use of data and analytics to identify any optimisation opportunities
• Strong time management skills
• Good verbal communication skills - the ability to articulate ideas clearly and liaise with other members of the team
• Ability to work to demanding schedules and deliver tight turnarounds
• Ability and experience to handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Business Manager Suite), and Google Analytics
