We are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer and marketing manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for content creation and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role involves creating engaging and informative content across various platforms, aimed at enhancing brand awareness and driving customer engagement and leads. The Content Writer will collaborate closely with the director to develop content strategies that align with our overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Management
From concept, execution to performance analysis, you'll ensure each campaign is optimised to generate high-quality leads and drive company brand and success.
Market and Competitor Research
You'll regularly monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to help identify opportunities and inform campaign and product positioning strategies.
Social Media Co-ordination
You will support the day-to-day management of social media communications, including scheduling and uploading posts, monitoring engagement, and generating reports for the team.
Content Support and Idea Generation
You'll create content and develop ideas for blogs, videos, emails. You'll help ensure our content is of high quality, consistent, compelling, and aligned to audience needs.
Marketing Operations
You'll manage the team's day-to-day digital activity, including maintaining campaign plans, updating performance dashboards, and supporting with CRM and marketing automation.
Event Management
You'll oversee the planning and delivery of in-person events. You'll manage the marketing, communications, and follow-up to ensure a seamless experience that drives pipeline and brand awareness.
Collaboration
Co-ordinate collaboration with influencers
Work with external stakeholders and partners including external marketing agencies and videographers
Experience
Proven experience as a Content Writer, with a strong portfolio
Good experience with digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing
Proficiency in using content management systems
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva for content creation
Knowledge of photography principles can enhance the quality of visual content produced
Essential
Bachelor's degree or professional qualification (eg. CIM) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
At least 1 years of experience in a B2B marketing role
Experience with Google Suite
Experience with meta ads
Excellent communication skills
Acute attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and team-oriented.
