Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the school's growth and enrolment goals
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, ensuring alignment across digital campaigns and platforms
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Manage SEO/SEM strategy to improve search rankings and organic reach
Oversee social media strategy and content calendar for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
Monitor website traffic and performance; collaborate with developers to ensure optimisation and UX
Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports for senior leadership
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
Coordinate with recruitment teams to support country-specific campaigns
Essential Requirements
Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
Proven track record in a similar position, within the education or language school sector
Experience managing a marketing team
Strong understanding of paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, CRM tools, and analytics
Data-driven and results-oriented with excellent reporting skills
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
Experience marketing to international student markets (Asia, Latin America, Middle East, Europe)
Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
