Position Overview
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution and optimisation of our multi-channel marketing activity. This role is highly hands-on, with a focus on email marketing and CRM optimisation, paid advertising, content creation (including content capture, video editing, asset design), website copy and visual maintenance, marketing collateral production, and events. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are executed to the highest standard, driving engagement, lead generation, and measurable business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (content/marketing, sales, medical, education, operations, and senior leadership) and external partners to align marketing plans with broader business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry news, trends, and best practices to ensure marketing collateral and campaigns remain relevant and effective.
Develop and execute training-level marketing strategies that drive training growth and customer engagement.
Oversee marketing initiatives for new training launches, including new sites.
Manage marketing budgets and forecasting to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
Email Marketing & CRM Optimisation
Manage and optimise all email campaigns, ensuring they are highly targeted, engaging, and measurable.
Segment and maintain CRM data to drive personalisation, nurture journeys, and campaign efficiency.
Track and analyse email campaign performance, reporting insights and making recommendations for improvement.
Paid Advertising
Plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across search, display, and social platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
Prepare regular performance reports on paid media activity.
Content Creation & Editing
Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for web, email, ads, and marketing collateral.
Repurpose and optimise content for different digital platforms and audiences to maximise engagement and impact.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and key messaging.
Capture training and clinic content, including on-site video and photography.
Edit and produce multimedia content, including video, to support campaigns and brand storytelling.
Design and develop assets, such as marketing materials and branded delivery resources, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs.
Website Management
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and SEO-optimised.
Work with internal teams and/or external developers to implement updates and improvements.
Collateral / Assets Marketing Management
Oversee the production, design, and delivery of marketing collateral and digital assets.
Ensure consistency of brand messaging and design across all materials.
Manage asset libraries to ensure easy access and version control.
Events
Support the planning, promotion, and delivery of internal and external events.
Create event-specific campaigns and materials to drive awareness, registrations, and engagement.
Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Governance & Process
Establish, implement, and continuously improve marketing processes, policies, and standard operating procedures across all areas of responsibility, with a strong emphasis on data compliance and best practices.
Social Media (Cover)
Provide social media support during periods of annual leave or absence.
Assist with scheduling, publishing, and monitoring activity when required.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in marketing (covering multi-channel campaigns, use of data and reporting for ROI analysis, design and brand)
Proven track record in digital marketing execution, with expertise in email/CRM and paid advertising
Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Proficiency with CMS platforms and website management
Experience in managing digital assets, marketing collateral, and brand consistency
Hands-on experience with event marketing and coordination
Proficiency in video and content editing tools/platforms
Experienced with social media management platforms
Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience within aesthetics, healthcare and/or clinical services
