Job Description


We are seeking a Digital Measurement Analyst to join our EMEA Data and Intelligence team and contribute to one of our flagship global clients. In this role, you will lead in overseeing the measurement of our client\'s paid media objectives, while also helping establish analytical best practices across our internal teams.

The role is a blend of consultancy, operational excellence, and technical ability. You will have a deep understanding of the practical aspects involved in effectively measuring paid media activities, to support marketing and communications objectives. \

Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute measurement and analytics strategies that align with the client\'s broader marketing goals.
  • Understanding of measurement strategy within the context of paid media and effectively articulate the significance of robust measurement practices.
  • Conduct a range of measurement and analytics tasks, including generating reports, conducting data analysis, setting learning agendas, and creating measurement frameworks.
  • Offer data-backed insights and recommendations to clients, complete with actionable steps for refining campaign performance.
  • Deliver timely and accurate campaign reports to clients and internal teams, covering earned media, organic and paid social, branded content, display/programmatic media, website performance, influencer campaigns, and more.
  • Build relationships, and communicate with clients, vendors, and partners. This includes contract negotiation and discussing partnership KPIs to ensure campaign success and aligned objectives.
  • Remain updated on industry trends and emerging measurement and analytics technologies, actively sharing knowledge and best practices with both team members and clients.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital or performance marketing, particularly in the areas of measurement and paid media analytics.
  • Solid understanding of paid media, measurement techniques, and digital marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in using various analytics tools, platforms, and measurement techniques.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, SuperMetrics, and other analytics platforms.
  • Bonus: Experience in other performance marketing channels like SEO and content marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering comprehensive reporting, measurement insights, and measurement consultancy.
  • Strong grasp of the analytics process, encompassing tagging and tracking.
  • Inquisitive mindset and a propensity for digging into data.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Proactive approach and a knack for troubleshooting.
  • Process-oriented mindset, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results to clients and teams.
  • (Business) fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
