About You





Are you a data-driven digital expert ready to elevate customer experience through intelligent optimisation? We are looking for a Digital Optimisation Manager to lead our digital performance strategy, championing CRO, personalisation, and UX enhancements that make a real impact. This role offers the chance to work across high-profile digital platforms, using cutting-edge tools to deliver measurable improvements in user journeys and business outcomes.


With a solid background in digital marketing or analytics and a deep understanding of user behaviour, you bring a proven track record of delivering successful optimisation programmes. From managing AB testing tools to interpreting heatmaps, you know how to turn complex data into actionable insights. You are as confident exploring session recordings in Hotjar as you are configuring multivariate tests in Convert or Sitecore.


You thrive in agile environments, collaborate well across product, tech and marketing teams, and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Whether it is leading sprint reviews, presenting test results to stakeholders, or refining the customer journey, your strategic mindset and detail-oriented approach ensure continuous digital improvement.

Your Impact



In this pivotal role, you will drive our digital optimisation agenda--improving conversion, enhancing user experience, and enabling personalisation at scale. Your work will directly influence how customers engage with our brand online.

What you will do:



Own and deliver the digital optimisation roadmap, focused on CRO, UX enhancements, and personalisation. Lead end-to-end testing programmes using AB/multivariate testing tools like Convert, Webtrends Optimize, and Sitecore. Analyse customer journeys using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, and Sitemorse to identify and implement optimisation opportunities. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present these to key stakeholders. Collaborate with digital, content, and product teams to plan, implement and measure test-and-learn initiatives. Help shape digital experiences using DXP platforms such as Sitecore to deliver personalised content and journey improvements. Play an active role in agile sprint planning and digital project delivery.

You will bring:



Technical Excellence: Proven experience in CRO, personalisation, and data-led optimisation strategies. Analytical Insight: Sharp analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action. Tool Mastery: Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, Sitemorse, Sitecore and Convert. Testing Leadership: Strong understanding of AB/multivariate testing and optimisation platforms. UX/UI Knowledge: A keen eye for user experience and interface design, and how this impacts conversion. Collaborative Spirit: Great communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams. Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in agile environments with iterative planning and delivery cycles. Education: A degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field.
