Role Overview:



The Head of Digital will spearhead the overarching digital strategy and execution within our dynamic organization. This pivotal role involves leading and coordinating multidisciplinary digital projects, from conception through to successful delivery. You will collaborate closely with diverse internal teams and external partners to ensure all digital initiatives align with our strategic vision, meet budgetary goals, and are delivered on schedule, driving innovation and substantial business impact.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute a comprehensive, visionary digital strategy that enhances our global online presence, drives user engagement, and achieves key business objectives. Lead and oversee all digital projects, including platform development, digital marketing campaigns, content strategy, and data analytics, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Champion digital transformation across the organization, identifying and implementing innovative digital solutions. Manage digital risks, issues, and change control processes, ensuring robust governance and compliance with digital policies, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices. Provide insightful data, analytics, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership to inform decision-making and demonstrate digital ROI. Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital projects, including scope definition, budget management, performance tracking, and reporting. Foster a culture of digital excellence by implementing agile methodologies, internal digital procedures, and best practices. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital team.

Role Competencies & Activities:



Stakeholder Management:



Develop and implement robust stakeholder engagement strategies, liaising effectively with marketing, sales, IT, product development, and executive leadership. Serve as the primary point of contact for key internal and external digital stakeholders, including digital agencies, technology vendors, and strategic partners. Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships, expertly managing expectations regarding digital capabilities and project outcomes. Proactively identify and resolve conflicts, mediating disputes concerning digital priorities and resource allocation. Work closely with internal teams to ensure stakeholder needs are aligned with overarching strategic digital goals.

Digital Strategy & Project Management:



Direct the design, development, and launch of large-scale digital platforms, innovative digital products, and impactful global marketing campaigns. Act as the key liaison between Digital Strategy, Marketing, Product Management, IT, Data Analytics teams, and external technology partners. Formulate digital strategies that optimize user experience (UX), customer acquisition, brand engagement, and commercial success. Coordinate with UX/UI designers, software developers, content strategists, and digital agencies to ensure all outputs meet design, functionality, and performance standards. Lead digital procurement efforts, manage contracts and budgets, and oversee comprehensive digital project planning and execution. Ensure consistency and excellence in digital project briefs, feasibility studies, technical specifications, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Leadership:



Effectively communicate the digital vision, strategy, performance metrics, and emerging market trends to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Prepare and deliver detailed reports, insightful dashboards, and compelling presentations, leveraging data analytics to support digital decision-making and showcase ROI. Utilize data analytics and customer insights to continuously refine digital strategies, optimize campaign performance, and enhance delivery outcomes. Inspire, guide, and develop a world-class digital team, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous learning.

Experience & Qualifications:



Skills & Experience:



A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in senior digital leadership, digital strategy, or digital transformation roles, preferably within large-scale, complex organizations. Proven track record of developing and executing successful, comprehensive digital strategies that have demonstrably driven significant business growth and achieved ambitious targets. Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the full spectrum of digital marketing (including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email automation, and CRM), digital product development, e-commerce strategies, and advanced data analytics. Extensive experience in managing the development and optimization of digital platforms (e.g., websites, mobile applications, MarTech stacks) and leading complex, multi-disciplinary digital projects. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and evaluate value-add digital opportunities, build compelling business cases, and rigorously measure ROI. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated success in managing high-impact digital projects that have resulted in substantial revenue growth, significant user acquisition, or major market expansion. Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a closely related field. Relevant professional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot), project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner), or specific digital technologies are highly desirable.
