Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit experienced planning coordinators based within our Head Office in Bellshill.
The hours of work will be:
4 on 4 off
12.30pm to 11pm
10.5 hours per shift with 1 hour for lunch

Reporting to the Call Centre Team Leader, the Planning Co-Ordinator's main duties will include responding to calls / emails from customers and clients via the Call Centre or the work dispatch desk, liaising the clients and engineers over the phone.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is prioritised accordingly, dispatched to the engineers via the companies PDA system, raising further work jobs, answering any queries, forward planning of the workload and making sure all jobs are raised accurately before being dispatched.
They will monitor and manage the workload to ensure adherence to client KPI's and meet client / customer expectations, covering a wide area and numerous trades.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, IT skills, work well under pressure and be able to multi task along with the flexibility and a willingness to adapt their shifts to suit Contact Centre traffic
