xf0x9fx95x97 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (some flexibility required)
xf0x9fx93x84 Contract: Temp to Perm
A well-established food production and distribution company in Evesham is looking for an organised and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with logistics or warehouse coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
xf0x9fx94xa7 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily outbound deliveries and preparing all dispatch paperwork
- Liaising with drivers, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch
- Tracking stock and shipments using warehouse management systems
- Managing delivery schedules and booking collections
- Resolving delivery issues and investigating stock discrepancies
- Supporting general warehouse operations when needed
- Maintaining accurate stock records and dispatch logs
- Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse coordination, or logistics
- Good IT skills - confident with Excel, Outlook, and stock systems
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- FLT or Bendi licence is a bonus but not essential
- Competitive pay: 313.10 - 313.63 per hour
- Monday to Friday - no weekend work
