Dispatch Production Operative
Job Description
We are looking for dispatch production operatives to work at our Mansfield Manufacturing Facility

JOB PURPOSE
Working to high standards of safety and quality, your remit will be the achievement of agreed target levels of productivity, the visual checking and packing of product off the line and the effective use of raw materials. You will also be expected to use proven fault finding techniques and to contribute to the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process in order to maintain and improve standards.
Main Duties:
To support operational processes to ensure weekly targets are achieved
Package & dispatch promptly customer orders in line with company procedures and to a high standard
Manual handling of materials within the Production facility
To present a professional image at all times
To carry out all work practices in line with company health and safety policy
To contribute to overall success of through teamwork and good communication within the Company
Demonstrate ability to work unsupervised
Time Management, ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and working to deadlines
To carry out any other duties as deemed necessary to fulfil the job role
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:
Familiar with hand tools
Flexible approach with a keen interest to learn
Ability to understand works instructions, both verbal and written and carry them out
Teamwork, ability to work confidently within a group and on own initiative
Demonstrate ability to work unsupervised
Positive can-do attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.25 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
