CHANGJIANG SUPPLIES LTD, a leading food ingredient supplier to Asian restaurants, is looking for a Distribution Manager to own the delivery and fulfilment process, making sure the right items reach the right kitchens at the right time.

This is not a warehouse, logistics, or purchasing role -- those experts are already on board. Your role is to bridge the system: plan and manage dispatches, ensure orders are fulfilled, and collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and purchasing leaders. You'll work under our General Manager, alongside a dynamic, multicultural team.

You'll need:

Experience in managing B2B food distributiono A proactive, solution-focused mindseto Confidence working in fast-moving, multicultural environments

Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience in distribution or supply operations, ideally in foodservice or B2B wholesale.o Strong knowledge of fulfilment workflows and multi-point distribution.o Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and multi-brand environment.o Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.o ERP or WMS software experience preferred.o Fluency in English required; Mandarin or Cantonese is a bonus.o A UK Full driving license is essential.
