Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the exhibitors and the producers
Analyze and prepare the P&A release budgets
Prepare territory sales forecast and estimate reviews
Proactively update the catalog line-up stages to exhibitors and media press
Follow the production process from financing to post-production
Oversee the files delivery process between the lab and the exhibitors
Create the posters, trailers, and animate the social media
Negotiate screening fees and duration
Compile event costs and prepare event post mortem analysis
Liaise with the financial department to raise and process invoices
Qualifications:
Previous Film and/or Television experience
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Good knowledge of the press and event landscape
Ideal profile:
3+ years relevant experience in Sales & Marketing
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Team player, detail oriented
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Good IT digital skills
Foreign Language: Spanish, Mandarin, German, French is a plus
