Duties
Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
Coordinate between departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow
Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies
Support team members with training, guidance, and resources needed for their roles
Maintain accurate records of activities, inventories, and relevant documentation
Address any operational issues promptly to minimise disruptions
Contribute to strategic planning sessions by providing insights based on operational data
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a similar industry
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite)
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments
A proactive attitude with keen attention to detail
Relevant qualifications or certifications related to operations management are advantageous
