Job Summary


We are seeking a meticulous and organised Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. This role is crucial in supporting our operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Duties



Maintain and organise project documentation in a secure manner, ensuring they are readily available and accessible to required stakeholders. Maintain project document control registers, track versions and manage required revisions / changes. Ensure that the correct documents are distributed to the right people at the right time. Liaise directly with clients and project teams to ensure documents are created, approved, sent, reviewed, and commented on within agreed timescales. Check documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations, specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with project teams to ensure document control processes are followed. Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections. Assisting sales and estimating teams with document control requirements. Properly storing, archiving, and disposing of documents according to established procedures and legal requirements. Ensure the document management system is functioning correctly, kept up-to-date, and meets the needs of the company. Communicate document-related information to project teams and external stakeholders, answering queries, and ensuring a clear understanding of document procedures.

Experience



Proven experience in document control or a similar administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

Pay: 28,382.00-31,763.00 per year
