Home From Home is a highly reputable and well established local support provider. The organisation offers accommodation and community based support services to people with mental health support needs. In line with Home From Homes mission statement, the service ensures the needs and aspirations of the people we support at the heart of everything we do. We delivery services offering a combination of provisions ranging from 24/7 accommodation projects, step down accommodation, community outreach support and Dom care calls to people living in their own home.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As the post-holder, you will be working in partnership with a multidisciplinary team of support staff, specialist staff and external partners who together will be responsible for delivering a quality service. The successful candidate will be required to work across the organisation supporting the working shift pattern of the accommodation services and supporting in the community.

Full time hours: 37.5 per week - 3 x 12 hour shifts per week
