Responsibilities:

Supporting clients with personal hygiene tasks

Preparing meals

Encouraging social interaction

Shopping for or with clients

Assisting clients in managing daily challenges

Operating moving and assisting equipment (2:1 basis only)

Administering medication (full training provided)

Domestic tasks such as laundry, washing up, and cleaning

Accompanying clients to medical appointments

Documenting care using software systems on your mobile phone

Candidate Requirements:

Reliable, adaptable, and committed

Friendly with a great sense of humour

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A valid driving license

Availability to work every other weekend

Possess a smartphone with access to apps and willingness to use it for work purposes

Shift patterns vary from 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM, with flexibility for a healthy work-life balance. Applicants will be required to pay for their own DBS check, which will be reimbursed through your wages. We currently cover Cheltenham, Gloucester, Frampton and surrounding areas.
