Who We're Looking For

A motivated, creative leader who can:

Identify and drive new business and funding opportunities. Build strong relationships with funders, sponsors, partners, and stakeholders. Manage and inspire volunteers and colleagues. Confidently promote our services across communities and corporate networks.

Main Duties

Oversee daily operations of Dress for Success in Belfast & Derry. Ensure high?quality volunteer support and service delivery. Develop partnerships, secure new corporate sponsors, and grow service reach. Create and deliver training programmes to support women returning to the workforce. Prepare reports for funders and senior leadership; evaluate project outcomes. Represent Foyle Women's Aid at events, promotional activities, and community engagements.

Essential Criteria

Minimum

2 years' project management experience

with proven results. Strong

social media marketing skills

(Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube). Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, report writing, and event planning. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Full driving licence and access to a car. Willingness to work evenings/weekends & undergo Enhanced Access NI check.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From 29,690.64 per year
