Mon-Fri: 07:30 - 16:30 | Sat: 08:30 - 12:30 (Rota-based)

The Opportunity

3D Plastic Centres is a leading UK manufacturer and distributor of maintenance-free UPVC building products. With over 20 outlets nationwide and our own manufacturing hub in Birmingham, we pride ourselves on being the "one-stop-shop" for the trade.

We are looking for a versatile

Trade Sales & Delivery Driver

to join our busy Hounslow team. This is a unique "hybrid" role: half your time will be spent as the face of our trade counter, and the other half will be spent on the road, delivering our high-quality products directly to local sites.

Your Role: A 50/50 Split1. Trade Counter & Sales (50%)

Customer Excellence:

Act as the first point of contact for local tradespeople, providing professional, friendly, and technical advice on our UPVC range.

Sales Support:

Manage face-to-face, phone, and email inquiries, converting quotes into orders and managing stock availability.

Account Growth:

Work alongside the Sales Manager to identify and open new trade accounts.

Administration:

Process order paperwork, manage stock inventory accurately, and maintain a clean, professional trade counter environment.

2. Driving & Logistics (50%)

Local Deliveries:

Safely transport and deliver goods to customer sites across the Hounslow and West London area.

Vehicle Care:

Take pride in your vehicle, ensuring it is loaded safely, maintained well, and remains a clean "moving billboard" for the brand.

Warehouse Operations:

Assist with goods-in, picking orders with 100% accuracy, and organizing stock locations to ensure efficient dispatch.

On-Site Professionalism:

Act as our brand ambassador when arriving at customer sites, helping with unloading and ensuring all delivery paperwork is signed and recorded.

What You Bring to the Team

Driving Credentials:

A full, clean UK driving license is essential. Experience driving 3.5t vans in London traffic is highly preferred.

Industry Knowledge:

Experience in the fenestration, UPVC, or general building trade is a significant advantage.

Customer First Mindset:

You are comfortable "talking shop" with builders and contractors, resolving issues calmly and professionally.

Physical Fitness:

You should be comfortable with the manual handling aspects of loading/unloading UPVC products.

Reliability:

You are a "morning person" who values punctuality and takes pride in a job well done.
