We're looking for an additional Car Driving Instructor to join our growing team at go! driving, based in the village of Tockwith, North Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate will be professional, approachable, and a strong team player, with a genuine passion for helping people learn to drive.
About Us
go! driving is an established training provider offering car, lorry, bus and trailer towing courses. We work with individual learners as well as drivers from both small and large businesses. Our enthusiastic team is committed to delivering high-quality instruction across a range of vehicle types.
This position focuses solely on car instruction in the Wetherby, Harrogate, Knaresborough and York areas.
A vehicle will be provided for tuition purposes.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Qualifications & Experience
ADI or PDI (with a minimum of 40 hours done)
Based locally to the working area
Strong communication and customer service skills
Clear and adaptable teaching style
Excellent driving ability and road safety knowledge
Key Responsibilities
Teaching students the functions of a car and driving regulations
Supporting learners with practical driving skills
Building confidence and capability behind the wheel

Calm, professional, and clear under pressure
Flexible and student-focused approach
Comfortable working some weekends when needed
