We are seeking a versatile and skilled Fixers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and constructing various structures and systems across our projects. This role requires a proactive approach, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in diverse environments. The Fixer will play a vital part in ensuring the integrity and functionality of our facilities through expert craftsmanship and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment safely to complete tasks efficiently. Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans to execute projects accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times. Troubleshoot issues promptly and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.

Skills

Strong proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and working at heights or with hazardous materials. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards maintenance challenges. Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to collaborate efficiently within a team environment.
