Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Fixer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of construction and repair skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

Perform roofing repairs and installations as needed. Conduct plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks and installing fixtures. Execute welding projects for structural integrity and repairs. Carry out electrical work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks. Engage in carpentry work, including building frameworks and installing cabinetry. Handle plastering duties to prepare surfaces for painting or finishing. Fabricate components as required for specific projects. Understand and interpret schematics for accurate project execution. Participate in construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of structures. Undertake masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting.

Skills

Proficiency in roofing techniques and materials. Strong plumbing knowledge with hands-on experience. Welding skills with the ability to work with different metals. Electrical experience, particularly in residential or commercial settings. Competence in using hand tools such as saws, drills, and wrenches. Familiarity with power tools, including grinders, sanders, and nail guns. Experience in carpentry with an eye for detail in construction projects. Ability to read and understand schematics for effective implementation of designs. Skills in plastering to ensure smooth finishes on walls and ceilings. Fabrication abilities to create custom solutions as needed. Knowledge of construction painting techniques for both interior and exterior applications. Experience in masonry work to construct durable structures.
