Hawthorne Careers is currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are seeking an experienced
Drylining Supervisor
to oversee a high-profile commercial project inBracknell
. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong technical knowledge in drylining and a track record of delivering internal fit-out packages to a high standard.Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations of drylining works Supervise trades and labour on-site ensuring productivity and quality Coordinate with the site manager, main contractor, and client teams Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings, specs, and health & safety standards Monitor progress against programme and report to project management Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and ensure site H&S compliance Liaise with suppliers and manage materials orders and deliveries
Requirements
Proven experience as a Drylining Supervisor or Finishing Foreman within the construction industry Background working on large-scale residential or commercial projects Excellent knowledge of SFS, MF ceilings, partitions, and general drylining systems SSSTS or SMSTS (essential) First Aid at Work certification (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
